How much does a website cost?
This can vary depending on things such as how big the website is (number of pages) and the features and functionality that is included in the website. Our typical website projects start from around $2,500 excluding GST, this is just an average, very simple requirments have lead to a lot less!
Online Stores generally cost more, on average around the $6,000 excluding GST mark and can go higher with out of the ordinary features are required.
We are proud of our very competitive pricing, we encourage you to shop around because when comparing apples with apples we know you are getting great value for money.
How long does it take to complete a website?
Typically it takes 4 weeks to complete a website from start to finish and 6 weeks for an online store.
Do I need to organise my own domain name and hosting?
No you do not need to, we can take care of it all! Our websites and online stores are hosted on own Sydney based servers.

Will my website work on mobile devices?
Yes it will, not only will it work but it will be optimised for a better user experience. This was once an extra feature but it now standard on all websites and online stores that we do.
What is a Content Management System (CMS)?
A Content Management System is a tool that allows you to maintain content information on your website, without the need for any technical skills. A CMS allows you to edit pages, images, products or blog entries to your website or online store. No additional software is required - all you need is a web browser and an internet connection.
Do you provide training?
Yes we provide all our clients with training on maintaining their website or online store.
All training is conducted onsite with follow up training if needed. We don't charge for training, it's part of our service to you as our client.
What is Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)?
Search Engine Optimisation is all about getting your website higher up in the search results on search engines such as Google. The higher up the results you are the more traffic (and customers) you're likely to get.
There are many aspects that go into achieving good SEO, and one of the most important is the copy (words) on your website. Focus on well written, keyword rich and appropriate content is the key.
Do you write the content for my site?
We don't directly write your content, however if you need help with this we can put you in contact with a copywriter who specialises in writing for the web.
We can help with general editing, we often receive content in point form, which we then convert into something more presentable. Basically we help wherever we can, we work together!
Can you design my logo?
We have created logos for many clients and if needed we can also freshen up your exsisting logo to make it fit in with your new website.

What is web hosting?
Web hosting is a service that allows your website to be viewed on the Internet. It's basically a computer housed in a data centre (ours are in Sydney) that runs your website and email.

Do you outsource your work?
No we don't, not ever! All our design and development work is done locally by us, the very same people that have created this website that you are viewing now.
You will have complete access to all people involved in your project.
Is it a disadvantage to use hyphens in a domain name?
Technically no, as far as SEO goes there is no problem, if anything, ever so slightly better but... it may be a disadvantage when it comes to telling someone your website address over the phone or promoting it via a radio ad.
Something of concern is, if you owned www.book-club.com.au but you did not own www.bookclub.com.au the non-hyphened version that is not owned by you may get some traffic that was intended for you.
